INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS

About our parts collection:
Logan & Hitchens has been a machinery dealer in Ganmain, NSW since 1913.
While we no longer sell Case IH machinery, we maintain an extensive collection of
International Harvester (IH), Case IH and some McCormick spare parts and accessories,
ranging from early machinery through to more recent models.
We are progressively cataloguing this collection for sale online.
The online catalogue is therefore not a complete listing of the parts we have available,
and additional items will continue to be added.

Unpriced and unlisted parts:
Some items are listed without a price while we research our historical stock records.
Please contact us for pricing. Enquiries for parts that are not yet listed are also welcome.

Shipping and freight:
Parts vary considerably in size and weight, so freight cannot always be calculated automatically.
Some oversize or overweight products are listed as Pickup Only.
This does not necessarily mean we cannot send them — please request a freight quote
and we will investigate suitable delivery options.

Part numbers and cross-references:
Part numbers and cross-references are provided in good faith.
Please confirm that the listed part number is suitable for your application before ordering.

Returns:
Returns are accepted for faulty or defective items. Where possible, a faulty or defective item will be replaced.
If a suitable replacement is not available, the purchase price will be refunded.
Freight and delivery costs are not refundable.
